We're delighted to announce we've secured an additional grant of £2000 for the brand new toilet block we're building at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre. It's come from the East Midlands Airport fund and we'd like to thank them very much indeed.
This adds to the £40,000 secured via Rushcliffe Borough Council as part of the UK Shared prosperity fund.
Your donations have also been coming in, pushing our appeal up to the £2500 towards its £25000 target.
We expect the building is going to cost around £65,000 so every pound really matters and will give the heritage centre permanent and fully accessible toilet facilities for the very first time. Thank you for your support and you can make a donation here.
