Join us for our ever-popular Indian Street Food Steam Train experience departing from Ruddington Fields Station at 7 pm on a round trip to Loughborough Brush and returning at 9 pm.
We’re teaming up with The Vegetarian Rasoi – a multi-award-winning food service – to bring you a three-course, soul-warming Indian dinner served aboard our beautifully restored heritage steam train, Austerity No 18.
You’ll ride the rails in style at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre, indulging in bold, authentic flavours with every course. Expect taste sensations that will light up your palate as you soak in the atmosphere of this dining experience.
Menu-
Welcome drink- Masala Chai (an authentic, mildly spiced tea)- contains Gluten (Wheat), Dairy (Milk), and nuts
Before boarding- Traditional Sweet Treats
Main- Railway Thali: a spread of Samosas and Chutney (Contains - Gluten (Wheat), Mustard), Paneer Masala* (Contains - Dairy (Milk) / Mustard/ Celery / Sulphur), Railway Potatoes with Coconut Sauce, warm butter Naan Bread (Vegan) Contains Gluten (Wheat), Jeera Rice and a colourful Salad to complete your plate.
Dessert- Kulfi (Indian Ice Cream)- Contains - Dairy (Milk)
